I have never been in such a spellbound theater as I was when I saw a critic’s screening of No Country For Old Men. Pin drop stuff, I tell ya.
Also, another Coen Brothers joint, Burn After Reading. A peculiar experience: not much more than a stray chuckle from me throughout, but once the final zoom-out of the satellite begins I just howled through the credits. Such a wonderful capper on so much absurdity.
